Executive One-on-One Coaching

With each of the three courses in the NAFCU-DDJ Myers Advancing Leadership Series, you will receive two individual coaching sessions via with one of DDJ Myers Certified Executive Leadership Coaches – one session prior and one session after each course. Once you register, click here to choose from one of the coaches to work with.

When you register five or more people from your credit union for an event, the leadership coaches from DDJ Myers will do the individual coaching sessions at your credit union!

This time is organized to support you in becoming clearer on what it is you seek to develop in your leadership and how to focus on those pieces during the leadership courses.

Reaching Your Goals
The one-on-one coaching conversations are confidential. The orientation is around your leadership needs as an executive. Some participants may want to increase their effectiveness in leading their team towards more cohesiveness. Others may want to cultivate greater competency to manage and articulate expectations and engage employees. Some may want to maximize the trust they exude as a leader. As a leader in an organization you are looked at to be the mentor, coach and developer of others. This is your opportunity to step into your next level of leadership.

One coaching session is offered before the course and the other after the course. In the first session your coach will guide you in conversation about your strengths, what you can expect in the courses and what commitments you want to make to further develop your leadership. The second session is offered after the course as a follow-up to take the course learnings into your individual opportunities and issues or deepen a specific area of learning which appeals to you.

The coaching sessions will be for one hour and will occur over the telephone. There is some flexibility to schedule your session once you arrive on-site for the course.
