Deedee Myers, BS, MSC, CHIC

Deedee Myers is founder and CEO of DDJ Myers, Ltd. and co-founder of the Advancing Leadership Institute. For the past 20 years she has been passionate about financial institutions establishing and developing financial risk management human resource talent to thrive in any economic environment. During the past several years her Succession Planning and Leadership Development has beenghighly rearded in financial organizations, especially credit unions,
as both innovative and best practices. Through the Advancing Leadership Institute, Deedee works with executives and managers so they live in their potential and, in doing so, show up as a more valuable offer to their organization and community.
Deedee is a certified Executive Organizational Coach from the Hudson Institute with emphasis on Succession Planning. She earned her Master Somatic Coach certification from the Strozzi Institute, where she is part of the teaching program/staff, is certified in EQ-i, DISC, TriMetrix and other leadership assessment tools as well as schooled in Organizational Development for financial teams. She earned her degree in marketing and established international business operations in Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom. She pioneered the Women’s Leadership Advance for women in leadership roles within credit unions.
Deedee enjoys being of service in creating effective coaching and mentoring programs for credit unions and is frequently mentioned in industry publications. She has developed numerous succession and career development plans, over 1000 in the past years, which adds to her depth in knowing what works well in credit unions. Her forte includes working with individuals and organizations to discover and articulate their purpose and to developmentally organize to live that purpose. She is a speaker on Embodied Leadership to national conferences and publishes articles on succession planning as it relates to leadership development.

Mark Haeussler is a creative and resourceful recruiter and executive coach known for inspiring teams to bring together their best talents, values and vision to unify their resources in achieving strategic initiatives. He brings his own success as a CEO of a 150-person enterprise, along with remote operation, project management background and large institutional investor client relationship as a solid ground to reaching business objectives and building sustainable relationships within credit unions.
Mark develops the unique intellectual materials for the Advancing Leadership Institute which provide clients with practical entries to build greater success, including managing change, moving effectively through dialog, building new talent competencies and adapting leadership presence to shifting needs. Mark brings a solid presence that leverages clients to explore and challenge their assumptions, competencies and practices in leadership.
Mark is a graduate of Arizona State University’s school of business with a B.S. Cum Laude in marketing, a Certified Somatic Coach (SC) from the Strozzi Institute and a Certified Executive Coach (CHIC) from the Hudson Institute. Mark has been a presenter to both of these organizations as well as the Edges Advanced Coaching Community. He is certified in several assessment tools including DISC, TriMetrix and the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Quotient, and is a conference speaker on emotional intelligence and communication.

Peter Myers assists individuals and teams to move forward in their personal and organizational goals through his orientation toward cultivating their engagement and natural passions. His works with professionals to help them better align their interests and passions with how they impact their team, organization and community. Since 2000 Peter has been an integral part in the development and delivery of DDJ Myers and Advancing Leadership Institute’s Executive Recruitment, Succession Planning and Leadership Development Programs including the highly successful “C” Yourself program. Traveling nationally to clients, conferences and courses, Peter is sought after for not only his expertise in the above domains but also his unique generational perspective having worked individually with CEOs of multibillion dollar organizations to young professionals managing a staff of two. Peter works with senior management teams in the credit union industry to implement their strategic plans, enhance employee learning and improve business processes while paying attention to bottom line results. His method and attention is to bring out the passion and potential within his clients.
Peter is a graduate from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Sociology and minor in Spanish. He earned his Master Somatic Coach certification from the Strozzi Institute and is currently a teacher at the institute for the introductory four-day Leadership in Action 1 course and the Young Men's School of Embodied Leadership five and half day intensive. He has studied extensively abroad, including Western Europe, Central America and Tanzania. He has supported the efforts of the Dorobo initiative in East Africa, which provides education in rural areas and he as hosted a student from Tanzania to study in the United States. He is a speaker at credit union industry conferences, from BAI, AMIFS to CUNA CFO Council as well as the Amputee Coalition for America’s annual conference.

She is a Master Somatic coach, trainer and organizational consultant with 17 years experience in leadership, team development and strategic planning. She has worked with organizations in the fields of finance, healthcare, apparel and entertainment.
Jennifer works with leaders and organizations to increase their personal and professional satisfaction and effectiveness by bringing their actions into alignment with their deepest commitments and goals. Using sound principles and practices of adult development and somatic awareness, Jennifer enables individuals and corporations to uncover and articulate their intentions, formulate goals and integrate the mental and physical aspects of their lives to carry out their goals.
